ADHD @ Work: how to work better together through mutual understanding

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is estimated to affect 3.5% of the global workforce.

This might not seem like a big number, however consider this:

Firstly, little research has been done on ADHD among adults. Up until very recently ADHD was considered as a “kids’ thing”. So we can only guess how many undiagnosed cases there are.

Secondly, what might look like a successful career very often comes at the expense of a person’s mental health. Adults with undiagnosed ADHD might struggle from procrastination, distraction, and a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. Do you recognise these traits in you or in one of your colleagues?

Watch this open conversation with Jacinta, a researcher and ADHD Coach, to learn more about what ADHD looks like amongst working adults, and how to create an environment where these people can thrive.
